I am afraid that your marks won't allow you to seat for the Counselling procedure.Since your preference is not mentioned,So it was a little difficult to predict wether you will or not and also it depends to Category to Category.
So I would suggest you not to lose hope,but look for the colleges you want from your preference and talk to them about admission procedures.They might suggest you a better way.
