As you belong to the SC category you have chances of getting a seat in government college. Last year many colleges had cutoff less than your score and many had cutoff near your score. If we consider previous year cutoff then you have good chance. But the cutoff do varies. I am listing the colleges:
PSG institute of medical sciences govt. quota - 256
Thanjavur medical college - 297
Chengalpattu medical college - 299
ESIC Medical college and postgraduate institue of medical sciences and research - 265 marks
