i got 31 marks in APEM CET and i belongs to bc d catagory i want cse group can inget it

You have to mention your Category. Since you have not mentioned your category, i am considering you as a GENERAL Category student. Looking at the previous year AP EAMCET Cutoff, it will be difficult for you to get CSE branch. This is because you are not eevn qualify for the AP EAMCET Ranking. C andidates are required to obtain at least 25% marks in AP EAMCET/AP EAPCET 2022 in order to qualify the exam and to be considered for AP EAMCET ranking 2022. However, for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe, no minimum qualifying mark is prescribed. It indicates that out of 160 possible points, candidates must score 40 in order to pass the exam.
