if I got 46 marks in Ts eamcet and 952 marks in ipe and iam belongs to BC-D which rank I get

Ts Eamcet rank depends on the combined score that you get from Eamcet score and from your intermediate marks (75%eamcet+25%ipe).
Your marks are very high in intermediate so there are chances for you to get a better rank.There are chances that you might get a rank between 30 k to 45 k . There are less number of students who have attended the exam due to covid so you might get a less rank.
