Well if you are looking for government Medical college .
Then you can try for  it  because  310 is quite  low  marks of  course  but as you belonging from sc  rural category  then you may get the chance  in any of the
NEET ug counseling round
As the cutoff level goes up and varies .
So its better  that you should go through the state quota counseling process
where your chances  are quite more.
Aldo you can try for the other Medical courses like bams,  bhms,  bds etc. In government sector.
So i
Participate in NEET ug counseling process as per the dates and schedules  from your domicile state.

Let me tell you yeah there arr Slightly very Rare chances for you to Get BDS seats in some of medical Colleges of your Home state,but you will not get MBBS Seats any Government Colleges with this score.Your Score is not Good enough to get you good Colleges.But may be you have chances for BVSC Too. With this marks.
