i got 311 marks in neet i belongs to obc shall i get a govt bams college through this

You have a low chance of getting a seat through the counselling process in a government medical college at these marks. You may get a seat in private medical college though.

Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota.
