I got 3119air rank and i belong to obc category.. Any chance to get admission in government or semigoverment college

You have a good score for getting admitted in amy government colleges. Your chances of getting admissions are ven more easy as you belong to the OBC ( other backwards classs ). Just make sure you have all your documents while addmissions and also your OBC certificate.
