Hi Sarang,
Congratulations on attempting one of the toughest exams. Now coming to your question, to be honest with 313 marks you have fewer chances to get CSE in BITS because last year(i.e 2018) cutoffs for CSE is as follows
BITS Pilani - 378
BITS Goa -347
BITS Hyderabad -334
It's may change this year and you may get selected.

Sorry to say, but cutoffs for BE Computer Science (Hons.) At any of the three campuses of Birla Institute of Technology and Science is not expected to go as low as 313.
Students need to score at least above 340 to get CSE.
But that being said, you've quite a lot of chances to get ECE branch at both BITS HYDERABAD and BITS GOA campuses , just not BITS PILANI.
