If 33000 is category rank then there is no chance of getting nit , IIIT and if it is crl rank then you can get admission in nit and IIIT .

Hello dear!
If your sc category rank is 33000 in jee main 2019. You will not get any seat in NIT Andhra Pradesh or IIITS.
