I got 332 marks IN NEET and AIR is 273076. Is there any chance I can apply for AIQ counselling? Can I get admission for BAMS either in government or semi-government in state OBC women's quota?

On such marks and category you have no chances of neither getting any college under AIQ nor any government colleges under state quota according to previous year's cut-off. But yes you can try for direct admission in some medical colleges provided that you must have appeared in NEET counselling and unable to secure seat through it.

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
