As you have qualified NEET you can get MBBS and BDS degree from Government Universities in Ukraine and Russia. Free seats mean government seats. See, 335 is not a bad score particularly considering difficulty level of the exam this year but it won't be be enough to get a government MBBS seat if you belong to general category. However, getting seats other than MBBS like BDS, BAMS, etc. would be possible. Also, if you belong to reserved category, you might also get an MBBS seat.
Additionally, I advise you to apply for private colleges as well.
