You havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:
General Category: 486
BC-A: 494
BC-B: 514
SC: 409
With 336, you do not make a cut for Government Medical College. But you might have a very slight chance for Private Medical Colleges. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. That's up-to you bro whether to apply or not, but getting a government medical or dental college with this marks isn't possible especially this year when the cutoff is expected to rise. if you belong to general category then it is all the way more difficult. Since the cutoffs expected this year are around 570s for medical colleges in Haryana.
If you belong to some category (SC, ST), then there are some chance of you getting a private medical college for sure.
You can try for some private medical or dental colleges of Haryana if you can afford them fees.
Or you may go for taking a drop and coming back with more good marks around 550+ next year but for that u have to ensure that you will be thoroughly focused towards studies.
