Hello aspirant,
Chances are less of getting a seat in a government college through All India Quota with a score of 342. But you do have chances of getting a seat in your state i.e., through state quota as you belong to the ST category. But I cannot tell exactly which colleges as you have not mentioned your state. From All India Quota you may get a seat in the private colleges, But you can try for government colleges.
Checck out the link to predict the colleges.

Thank you.
Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges you have to score around 450 under AIQ & 430 under state qouta for Open Category.
You have even less chances to get any seat if you belong to any category under your state.
This Year The No. IF student which have Score above 480 marks are more then of last year. So getting seat is More difficult this year.
There are only 60k seats in India. In which 15% seats are under AIQ Qouta.
FOR getting seat in AIQ is Very Difficult if you are from state which have low no. Of College
