see cut off scores changes year to year and it depends on various factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, your category, stream of engineering you may choose etc, at this score you have less chances for iits if you belongs to general category. you may apply for north east nits, vit vellore, jadavpur university, iiest shivpur.
