I got 348 marks in neet 2018 and if correction is done then i have more than 350 .so can i get gov.college in mp of bhms in obc category

Looking at your score, there is a fair amount of chance that you will get a seat for bhms in a govt.college. you should, therefore, stick to the counseling and hope for the best

The admission of BHMS & other paramedical courses is only for the 15% quota through NEET. Based on this score the chances can be there for BHMS programme. It would be tough to tell you the exact as the cutoff varies year to year.
