Dear Annu, you havent mentioned which State you belong to. But Bihar and UP are not Open States which mean without their domicile, you cannot participate in their State Counsellings. And Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling. The only way to secure a seat in Private Medical Colleges is through direct admisison. This is possible ony after all rounds of counselling are over and left over seats that are transferred to the respective Medical Colleges are filled up through Direct Admission. The admission fees at the beginning will be so high around 30-40 lakhs though it varies in different colleges. A five year course of mbbs may almost cost around 80-90 lakhs in private colleges. And there is probably no facility to decrease the amount for general quota or anything else.Choose accordingly.

I hope you understand that cut offs are really high and people are going too good marks to compete with but to get a private medical college through NEET with this marks is difficult as many students have gained enough heigh marks . But still you cab try for it. You can try for the management quota seats . I hope this helps
