I got 3528 rank in ST category and 80.43563% in jee mains 2020 can i get any NIT in home state.... plzz reply

First up all I would like to congratulate you. Since you haven't mentioned your home state I am suggesting you to use  predictor tool for more information . I would like to add that the college predictor is an online tool which predicts the probable colleges based on the difficulty level of the examination, average marks scored in exam and seats available .The rank predicted might not be accurate but it certainly does give an idea to the aspirant.
