With your rank and category you do not have much chances to get into computer science engineering in good Hyderabad colleges though you can try for in counselling rounds.
The safest rank to get into computer science engineering branch for your category student is below 20000.
But you can try for other branches like electrical and communications, production, mining, metallurgy etc...,
