I got 36 marks in eamcet in 2017 after one year gap can join in this collage without fees

The EAMCET rank is valid for only 1 year. Sorry to say but you can't use your 2017 EAMCET rank to get seat in 2019 that to without fees. You need to appear for the exam in the year you want to get admission. So try to get management seats that's the only option you are left with to ensure a seat.
