I got 360 marks in neet (obc) What is better for me

You have not mentioned your state, so it is tough to make exact predictions.However generally, with 360 marks and OBC category, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are negligible.
But there are some states like Karnataka where cutofds are usually lower.
You surely will get some good private medical college in your state through state quota.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).

However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.

Its difficult to get either a government college or a private college for MBBS with 360 marks.. One thing you can do is either you can go for bds( private) or you can also for some other courses like Biotechnology, Research etc according to your point of interests... Good luck..
