Hello Aspirant,
You can apply for other state All India Quota seats in Government colleges & Management quota seats of private colleges. You can apply for West Bengal private medical colleges ( Management Quota seats), You were needed to register to go on West Bengal website.
It is very late to answer your query, I hope you have registered successfully & also allotted the seat in any of the medical college.
