I got 361 marks and 87.7 percentile and got 10463 ranking up merit list. Is govt college is possible

Your haven't mentioned your category, nevermind,last year least marks to secure a seat as per category under state quota was

General-469 marks

OBC-429 marks

SC-372 marks

St-182 marks

So as per that you have chances only if you believe to ST category. Talking of which remember that cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
