I got 366 in neet 2019..my AIR is 165822..and category rank 11591..I belong to sc category.. May I get any government college in bengal

Bankura sammilani medical college,bankura(356 marks)Mindapore medical college,mindapur(353)Murshidabad medical college and hospital ,murshidabad(351)Maldah medical college,maldah (349)

Sir if I consider the data of 2017..the cut off was too low in west bwngal.. But in 2018 the cut off of every college increased by 20-25 marks..if I consider maldah medical college(349)..it got the lowest cut off previous year..still sir can I expect those mentioned colleges ??..because this year paper was easy and I am tensed if the cut off this year goes above my number(366)..and also possible increment of seats is also a factor..can I still expect those colleges in 2019 considering the rise of cut off from 2017-18..please sir help clearing my doubts
