it looks like you've missed some details in your question like 36865 is your rank in CRL or it's your SC category rank !!
So I would like to tell you that if this is your category rank then it seems very difficult for you to get a seat in NIT but if this is your rank in CRL and you are belonging to SC category then you may have chances of getting a seat in an NIT.
