However You might have a chance of getting a seat since you want to try under management quota.
For this you need to contact the concerned college authorities directly and they can further tell about the cutoffs.

Great Eastern Medical School and Hospital, Srikakulam
Santhiram Medical College and General Hospital, Nandyal
