I got 382 marks in NEET 2019 can i get seat in govt. Clg in AP belonging to SC category?

Seeing the previous year cutoffs, it can be found that for SC category and under state quota (AP), every college has cutoff over 400 mark. Government seats in private colleges also have cutoff over 385 marks.
This year too, the cutoffs are expected to be in the same range. But you do have a chance to get government seat in private colleges if the cutoffs fall a bit.
