As you got 38716 rank in TS EAMCET,if you belong to OBC category,it is highly impossible to get seat in EEE department in this college,but if you belong to SC/ST category it maybe possible to get seat under EEE.
or else even if you belong to PHC(Physically Handicapped),Sports,NCC,etc categories even though if you are an OBC guy then you can get seat under EEE department in this college.
