I got 390 marks in NEET UG and applied in uttarkhand ayush counselling with outside state category, I applied only for Patanjali. I got 418 rank in state rank list. What will be the chances, if i dont get the college then Now what should i do for next rounds.

For outside candidates for patanjali requires over 450-500 marks for BAMS. Your state rank of 418 does not matter for the All India Quota, which is your only option for Patanjali.
If you don't get in, you should participate in later counselling rounds, consider other AYUSH colleges, look into the management quota seats which have different fee structures or explore other health-related courses like BHMS, BPT, or BSc Nursing.
