Hello Dear Student,
With 392 marks in NEET UG under the ST category, securing a government MBBS seat through the All India Quota (AIQ) is quite unlikely on AIQ. However, admission becomes possible depending on your State Quota in states with lower cut-offs, or through management/private seats.
