Dear Sanjeev, you havent mentioned your Category. But with 398 marks it is highly unlikely for a seat in MBBS/BDS. This year the cut offs have gone way too higher and anything less than 500 is difficult for a seat even in Mop up round. Neverthless do attend mop up round to gauage your chances.
