I got 39.9% percentile n belonging from sc can i eligible for jee advanced ??

39.9 percentile score means that nearly 60% students score more than you.

And when you calculate approximately rank using the formula : (100-your percentile ) *total students / 100.

It comes out the be nearly more than 5 lakhs.( General ).and I think this rank will not be sufficient for the qualifying for JEE advanced.

So you need to study hard and would attempt April exam.

National testing agency NTA has not released official results and cutoff for jEE mains to write jEE advance.it was released on the month of April by national testing agency NTA officially.
You have until the the second exam of jEE mains  2019 is conducted which was held on the month of April.
.
After that April exam the official scores and cutoffs are released.use this formula to predict the rank by your percentile:
Rank Formula = (100 - your total score) X 874469 /100.
