See u r from ECE branch which is one the most crowdiest branch in the engineering stream. The marks u have obtained is just enough for u to get qualified in ur discipline but is not enough for u to get admissioned in the good colleges for pursuing ur higher studies.
About getting NITs and IITs u must be having a score more than 60 to pursue ur higher studies from there .
