I got 4023 rank in JEE Main paper 2 and I got 89.6 %in CBSE board exam, I didn't qualify JEE Main paper 1. How can I get on councilling?

For b.arch there are only 1000seats.

But nit Patna, hamirpur and nit bhopal and bit mesra are the shown results by the collage predicter

so they barely offer many seats for HS
