I have got 75.4 %in cbse board exam . can I qualify for JEE main.

Whith 75.4 score in class 12th you are just eligible to jee.,
But if you want to clear it you have to get score above a threshold score.
Class 12th is just a eligibility criteria but it doesn't play any role in deciding jee rank.
