I got 403 marks in neet 2019 and my state rank is 5726 can i get a govt quota seat and my category is 2ah

You have not mentioned your domicile , and your score to too low to fetch you a Govt seat if your belong to General category but you can try for any private college  without loosing hope as the Cutoff trends changes every years ,
