Greetings,
I would first like to congratulate you on your good score. You see the marks you have obtained are fair enough. Getting above 500 would have been a sure shot chance at getting admission into the Hyderabad Medical College. However getting above 400 also suffices.
With reservations there is a fair chance that you'll get admitted into the college.
I hope this piece of information proves to be useful to you.
Please feel free to refer back anytime in case you have any further queries.
Wish you all the best in all your future endeavours.
Good luck .

Greetings
It is with utter disappointment that I inform you that it is
impossible to determine the cut off marks for a particular
state in the examination. Candidates appearing for the
National Eligibility cum Entrance Examination may refer to
previous years' cut off marks as a whole for the examination
but not for any particular state as such
There are two ranks provided to each of the candidates
appearing for the examination. One is the All India Rank and
the other is the Regional or State Rank. Candidates may
choose from either of the two in order to test their eligibility
for admission to any of the medical colleges spread across
the country
The cut off marks varies from year to year and so only an
approximate can be determined from the evaluation of
previous years' cut off
I hope this piece of information proves to be of some help to
you
