i got 409 marks in neet sc category , which college can i get outside bihar

If you are from outside Bihar then you can apply for All India quota seats in Government Medical colleges & Private colleges Management quota seats of Bihar Medical colleges. This score is not enough to get All India Quota seats, You might get management quota seats in private colleges.

It is late to answer your query, I hope you have allotted the seat in any of the medical college.
