I got 40k in jeemain crl and ews rank is5000 is there any chance in getting nits iiits gftis and govt colleges

As.per your rank you have some chances for getting a decent college under JEE.
However you won't be able to get the top/best NITs under JEE.
Also, it will be a bit difficult for you to get the good IIITs.
But, definitely you will be able to make it to a good GFTIs.
