I have got 86percentile in jee mains and obc rank 51081 ,is there is any Chances of getting iiit's,nit's or gfti's in any round.HS U.P.

As per your performance and percentile in jee mains 2019 you have may get iiit through the counselling of josaa because you also come under certain reserved category i.e obc therefore you should attend the counselling.
