i got 40k rank in ts emcet can i get seat for cse in sreyas and i am oc

In 2019 a candidate with rank 25256  belonging to general category secured seat in Computer Science Engineering in  SREYAS INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY, NAGOLE.

Considering this it is very difficult to get seat in this college. Depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc cut off changes.
