Honestly you have very little chance in government colleges with your marks. You should probably apply for private colleges and deemed universities.

Under AIQ, chances are less to get seat and state cut off varies state to state so please share which one you belong to and if you talk about private and deemed universities then yes chances should be there to get admission there.
