Anyways, with 411 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are quite high.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given under All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).

As per your Marks you have no chance of getting a good government college and good courses like MBBS or BHMS.
I suggest you to go for private colleges for good courses in Karnataka.else you can also drop out this year and prepare hard for the next year.
