I got 42 thousand rank in mains with sc category can i have a chance to get in nit ?

According to last year cutoff's you have some chances to get NIT's . But you have very less chances to get good NIT's . AT this score you may not be getting good  NITs but there are chances of yours getting some nice branch in low rank NITs or IIITs or GFTIs.

If your all india rank is 42 thousand and you belong to the sc category then you will get admission in NITs and GFTIs and many state government colleges, like in Uttarakhand, Punjab, etc.

For example you will get admission in NIT Jaipur in some branches, NIT uttarakhand in core branches, etc.
