I got 423 in neet 2019, can I get a seat,through aiq counseling?If yes, in which colleges?? Pls name the colleges??

As you know, this year NEET cut off is little high. The marks scored by you is little less to secure a seat through All India Quota counselling. If you belong to unreserved category thr chances are nil to get a seat in 15% All India Quota seats. You can surely try for your respective domicile state counselling.
