yes there are some chances to get into govt medical college since the cutoff for last year was 429 for sc however

If cut off for last year was 429 and also this year paper was easier than last year, meaning thereby more number of SC candidates would have got more marks than 424 comparing than last year. Please let me know fairly, can I get MBBS seat in Govt. Medical College?
