I got 425 mark and 92... Percentile . Has any chance for get admission in my home state Assam ?

The chances of getting a government seat with 425 marks are very low, as most government colleges require at lease 500+ marks, even considering your category and state quota. The chances for admission while present, are a bit on the bleak side.
