You have got low score and the cutoff has increased this year so you have less chances of getting semi government colleges in AIQ but there are chances of getting private colleges in telengana. I am providing telengana colleges and there cutoff link

As you know admission to government and private medical colleges based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With UR category rank and 426 marks, you have high chances of getting a decent private medical college for admission to MBBS/BDS courses in ypur state through state quota.
As you have not mentioned your state so I won't be able to tell you exact colleges. So I'll suggest you to follow the counselling process of your state to secure your seat.
