I got 4272 EWS rank JEE mains can I get decent branch in a medium nit?

Reservation for EWS category is being provided for the first time by NTA in JEE Main exam therefore it would be difficult to tell you about your chances of admission as previous year cutoffs for EWS category is not available.
However, according to your rank, it seems you can have chances of getting a seat.
