i got 4316 rank in upsee btech with ews rank 808and girl rank 745 . what's best for me

As you have secured 4316 rank in upsee, then I am assuming this is your general merit rank. If this is your general merit rank, then congratulations you did very well in upsee exams.
As per seeing last year cutoff closing ranks, you can get good branches in good colleges.
You can get IET LUCKNOW, BIET JHANSI, UIET KANPUR, KNIT SULTANAPUR , etc.
But in iet lucknow, you have somewhat difficult chances, because last year the highest cutoff closing rank for iet lucknow for general girl was - 4196 (for chemical engineering, in spot round counselling).
And you rank is 4316, so the chances are not sure that you can get iet lucknow.
Overall you did very well and definitely you can good colleges.
