I got 43225 rank in AP eamcet 2019. My category is BCE(Muslim) and Male. I didn't get seat in Srkr in 1st counselling.

Hello aspirant. As you mentioned that your rank 43225 is under BC-E category, it is difficult for you to get CSE in SRKR college. Compared to previous year cutoff ranks you rank is too high and it might be difficult to get admission in SRKR college. Better go with another college or try another branch.

Hello aspirant!  Let me to inform you that according to the previous years cut off and closing rank for srk institute of technology you can get the college in the second round of counseling. Last time in second round it's closing for computer science branch was more than the rank that you have got now. So you can get the college.
